REFUND POLICY:

To receive a refund for your ticket, you complete this survey

Below is our refund timeline and amounts:

• Now - Jan 1: Ticket Refunded minus a $20 admin fee

• Jan 1 - Feb 13: Ticket Refunded minus a $50 admin fee

• Feb 13 - Feb 27: 50% refund

• After Feb 27: No refund

TRANSFER POLICY
We do not allow ticket transfers. You cannot sell or gift your ticket to another person. (This makes the registration process confusing for us and adds administrative time.)

COVID REFUND POLICY:

In the case that a participant presents symptoms during the festival:

• Alert COAF organizers + your household immediately. 

• You will be asked to discontinue festival participation, mask and quarantine from your roommates (if you have any) or head home. 

• If this happens, we will give you a pro-rated refund based on the number of complete days you could not attend. For example, if you test positive on or before Saturday morning, we will refund Saturday and Sunday. If you test positive after the first session on Saturday, we will refund for Saturday. 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

If we choose to cancel Colorado Acro Fest due to unpredictable circumstances (ex: COVID surge) participants will have 2 options:  (A) Roll their ticket over to the next year or (B) Receive a refund minus a $20 admin fee.
